Please include the following information for each of the following financial years; 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23: What are the conditions that class as ‘‘unsuitable housing’ or ‘clinically vulnerable’ pertaining to patients that require NHS safe places? | |
Answer To Question 1: There is nothing in our data warehouse that refers to “NHS safe place/houses” and that being the reason why patients remain in hospital. We would suggest an enquiry with the BSWICB – our lead commissioner and Wiltshire LA – our main Local Authority | |
